I am writing regarding order #ORD-5509-ZGL-8325 placed with Living of Prime Oklahoma City on September 17, 2006. I paid $106.75 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Timmothy S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
