Unsatisfactory resolution from Solicitor Counsel, Counsel Enterprises

On December 31, 1993, I signed up for Solicitor Counsel, Counsel Enterprises's return process at their Lake Demarioton, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $527.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sandra S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
