Misleading advertising by Solicitor Counsel, Counsel Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1494-URT-3680 placed with Solicitor Counsel, Counsel Enterprises on December 12, 1991. I paid $878.36 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Araceli D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
