I purchased a gadget from Law Chambers on October 30, 1977. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eriberto R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
