Poor customer service experience with Net Networks Enterprises

I purchased a unit from Net Networks Enterprises on February 4, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Taylor V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
