Net Networks Enterprises tech support failed to resolve issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3736-PDI-7034 placed with Net Networks Enterprises on February 20, 1971. I paid $665.47 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Santa H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
