Quality issues with Organic Tastes Perth Holdings product

On December 12, 2003, I signed up for Organic Tastes Perth Holdings's exchange program at their Christelleborough, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $408.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ada H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
