I have been a loyal customer of EdgeCloud for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-5380-JKE-1786) on January 21, 1985, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
