False promises made by Practice Partners representative

I purchased a platform from Practice Partners on May 5, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lottie L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
