Unresolved issue with SysWeb Group product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1956-DDJ-9305 placed with SysWeb Group on August 8, 1990. I paid $468.27 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Garrett W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
