Hidden fees discovered from SysWeb Group

On March 5, 1996, I signed up for SysWeb Group's delivery service at their South Federicochester, California location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $786.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Quinten I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
