Traditional Cuisine Qingdao Group failed to honor their commitment

On June 16, 2006, I signed up for Traditional Cuisine Qingdao Group's return process at their East Herminiaburgh, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $409.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Betty K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
