Billing dispute with Traditional Cuisine Qingdao Group

On January 2, 2000, I signed up for Traditional Cuisine Qingdao Group's premium plan at their Port Octavialand, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $569.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chadd C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
