False promises made by Superior Domain representative

I want to report a serious concern with Superior Domain's product that I purchased on October 21, 1986 from your North Magnus, Oregon store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Susan Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
