I am writing regarding order #ORD-3726-TXN-3534 placed with Care Living Associates on August 3, 2013. I paid $435.97 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tommie U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
