I purchased a package from FirstSupply International on June 24, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kory G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
