Refund refused by Consulting Advisors, Advisors Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2023-IXL-7270 placed with Consulting Advisors, Advisors Holdings on April 4, 1987. I paid $46.73 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Consuelo X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
