I purchased a device from NexusNet Holdings on April 7, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hector F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
