Food & Café provided defective product

I want to report a serious concern with Food & Café's solution that I purchased on August 18, 2021 from your New Eunicetown, Florida store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Abigale N., but my issue remains unresolved.
