Hidden fees discovered from Modern Life

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4784-AJN-3067 placed with Modern Life on June 26, 1979. I paid $80.54 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delfina K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
