I purchased a equipment from Quality Flavors Group on December 30, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Diego T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
