Warranty claim denied by Balance Team Regina

On July 4, 2008, I signed up for Balance Team Regina's support package at their Port Allie, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $238.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Breanne H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
