Delayed delivery from Ultra-Cloud Jaipur

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5455-CFI-8442 placed with Ultra-Cloud Jaipur on March 24, 2003. I paid $478.43 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cali R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
