Frustrated with Law & Practice's lack of response

I purchased a tool from Law & Practice on April 24, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Berta K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
