Warranty claim denied by Habitat Management

On August 20, 2002, I signed up for Habitat Management's repair service at their Agustinmouth, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $375.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Baylee Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
