I want to report a serious concern with Med Services Sacramento Inc.'s platform that I purchased on March 25, 2012 from your North Lukasfurt, Wisconsin store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Whitney P., but my issue remains unresolved.
