I want to report a serious concern with Med Services Sacramento Inc.'s solution that I purchased on January 30, 1972 from your East Melvinfurt, Texas store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brennon Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
