Quality issues with Fast Deal Nation product

On October 30, 2006, I signed up for Fast Deal Nation's exchange program at their New Daniella, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $230.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Casimer C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
