Misleading advertising by Fast Deal Nation

On October 3, 2000, I signed up for Fast Deal Nation's return process at their North Rosemary, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $806.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lottie L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
