Defender Attorney Firm provided defective product

On June 18, 1980, I signed up for Defender Attorney Firm's warranty service at their South Ronaldotown, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $600.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Yessenia J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
