On March 3, 1992, I signed up for CyberSys Group's upgrade service at their Port Fredrick, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $705.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Diana K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
