I have been a loyal customer of CyberSys Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-6111-IJB-8709) on July 2, 2021, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
