I have been a loyal customer of BestEmporium for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-3729-CRQ-5904) on October 23, 2015, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
