I want to report a serious concern with Outlet & World Mackay LLC's account that I purchased on March 1, 2001 from your South Princess, California store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Estella I., but my issue remains unresolved.
