I want to report a serious concern with Elite Learning of Institute Ang Mo Kio's subscription that I purchased on May 20, 2003 from your Lake Hassanport, Oregon store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Derrick L., but my issue remains unresolved.
