I purchased a application from MedVitality on September 9, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cielo L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
