I have been a loyal customer of MedVitality for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-2448-YYR-4599) on May 12, 2017, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
