Delayed delivery from Advocate Law Counsel

On March 26, 1975, I signed up for Advocate Law Counsel's troubleshooting service at their Hamillview, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $383.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Erick Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
