I am writing regarding order #ORD-1794-XBV-8612 placed with Craft Flavors Kitchens International on August 29, 2019. I paid $355.52 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elta S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
