I want to report a serious concern with Vital Practice Foundation's gadget that I purchased on November 25, 2020 from your New Pearlinefort, New Hampshire store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brooklyn J., but my issue remains unresolved.
