Quality issues with Justice Group, Group product

On December 4, 1985, I signed up for Justice Group, Group's installation service at their East Cydneyburgh, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $744.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emmet S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
