False promises made by Legal Consultants, Consultants Tampines representative

On March 7, 1986, I signed up for Legal Consultants, Consultants Tampines's delivery service at their Eugenemouth, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $241.67, I discovered this wasn't the case.
