Urban Housing Alliance failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a tool from Urban Housing Alliance on January 27, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Joesph Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
