I purchased a equipment from Urban Housing Alliance on August 28, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Erich E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
