Frustrated with Meta Ventures's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9115-EYU-1302 placed with Meta Ventures on May 15, 2019. I paid $931.12 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lynn Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
