I am writing regarding order #ORD-6779-FSF-8303 placed with Living Specialists on March 17, 2017. I paid $115.26 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madison L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
