I have been a loyal customer of Living Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-6213-UDH-3470) on August 17, 2003, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
