I am writing regarding order #ORD-9782-LVJ-8760 placed with United Therapy Practice International on February 16, 1978. I paid $366.72 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Velda U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
