I am writing regarding order #ORD-6095-HBS-3466 placed with Counsel Services, Services on January 25, 2010. I paid $290.35 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carmela G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
