Unsatisfactory resolution from Counsel Services, Services

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1806-SCU-9632 placed with Counsel Services, Services on February 23, 1971. I paid $610.99 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alexane K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
